After last June's car wreck on the Pacific Coast Highway, Lindsay Lohan will be charged with lying to police and will reportedly have her probation revoked.
Already in trouble for her jewelry theft case, a hearing will be held to determine if the "Mean Girls" actress's probation will be revoked due to the new offense.
According to TMZ, Judge Jane Godfrey is expected to revoke the probation and set the matter for a full hearing.
Though no action has been taken yet, the criminal case is expected to be filed soon.
