Lindsay Lohan Treats Herself to Pre-Jail Facial

Treating herself to a relaxing facial treatment, Lindsay Lohan was spotted out at Kaya skin care salon in Los Angeles last night (September 20).

Joined by her sister Ali, the “Georgia Rule” actress looked a bit nervous as she had recently learned that her probation had been revoked due to her multiple failed drug tests.

According to a legal expert, LiLo is headed back to the slammer. "There's no question in my mind: she's getting that 30-day jail sentence. Her judge took the unusual step of allowing her to be released from in-patient rehab early. Then within days she goes out and fails a drug test. She knew what she was risking."

Lindsay tweeted, "Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test. Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away overnight. This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences."
