Lindsay Lohan Racks up $46k Hotel Bill from Chateau Marmont

Just when we thought she may be on the up and up, Lindsay Lohan reportedly racked up a $46,000 bill at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles that has yet to be paid.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the fiery redhead spent $46,350.04 at the celebrity hot spot during her stay throughout June and July. In a letter dated July 31, hotel management informed the troubled star that she would have to vacate her suite by noon on August 1st.

The General Manager wrote, "Until we get the matter of your outstanding debt paid, know that we will be unable to host you on property or in the restaurant."

The acquired papers also partly explained how one runs up a $46,000 hotel bill. The fifteen page bill includes $3,145.07 in minibar charges, $686 worth of cigarettes, a $100 Chateau candle, and a $1,992.07 July 4th charge at Chateau's restaurant.

There is good news for Lindsay, though. The district attorney decided not to prosecute her for theft from a Hollywood Hills home due to lack of evidence.

Lindsay responded to the allegations on Twitter last week, saying, "All of this negative press is BS.... Whenever I'm doing great, people fabricate lies. It's such a shame. I'm just sayin' xo."

Just one day after she was cleared of the theft charges, she spent a night out with her brother Michael Jr., tweeting a self-portrait with the caption, "Me with my brother @mikelohan ready for dinner!" Lady Gaga jokingly responded, "@lindsaylohan ummmm are those my earrings??? this is awkward...:) kiss kiss chateau bunny."
