Leslie Nielsen Passes Away at Age 84

Having earned a place in the hearts of moviegoers throughout the years, Leslie Nielsen has passed away at the age of 84.

According to breaking reports, the "Naked Gun" actor lost his battle with complications from pneumonia at a hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Sunday (November 28).

Releasing a statement, the Nielsen family told: “We are saddened by the passing of beloved actor Leslie Nielsen, probably best remembered as Lt. Frank Drebin in The Naked Gun series of pictures, but who enjoyed a more than 60 year career in motion pictures and television."

Nielsen has numerous credits to his name, with movies including "All I Want for Christmas," 'The Naked Gun," "Spy Hard" and "Mr Magoo," among many others.
