She nailed her performance of the National Anthem at last night’s NCAA National Basketball Championship game, but LeAnn Rimes' skinny figure may have gotten more attention than her voice.

The “How Do I Live” songstress looked frail and gaunt as she strolled out onto the court in a white Dolce & Gabbana dress.

And an insider says that LeAnn’s weight issues are causing her friends to step up and share their worries with her.

“LeAnn’s pals are telling her not to lose anymore weight,” said the source. Meanwhile, Rimes has tweeted messages like “I am a healthy weight.”
