Lana Del Rey's Casual Night in London

Still situated overseas in the UK, Lana Del Rey was spotted stepping out of her hotel in London on Monday (February 20).

Making for quite the casual night, the "Video Games" singer wore a tan coat over her pajamas with flats and bright red nails.

The sighting comes a day after Miss Del Rey took to the Claridge's Hotel for the Mulberry Autumn/Winter 2012 runway show as part of London Fashion Week.

After the the catwalk display, Lana, 25, hit up The Savile Club for a post-show dinner party - during which she offered up a performance, with a snippet from her stage effort available to be viewed below.
