Lady Gaga Explores Herastrau Park with Fozzi

After her successful Constitution Square show, Lady Gaga was spotted in Herastrau Park in Bucharest, Romania with her adorable pooch Fozzi on Friday (August 17).

The 26-year-old performer donned an all-black, leather ensemble as she enjoyed popcorn by the lake with her furry friend.

In related news, the “Bad Romance” singer plans to step up her efforts to fight online bullying through her social networking web page.

In a post, Gaga wrote, “"I'm aware of the bullying and predatory nature of some of the new accounts being made," Gaga wrote in a statement. "Although this is quite common on all social networks, that will not be the case here … I love you and want this to be a safe place for you!"

On LittleMonsters.com, the blonde singer continued, “Never makes anyone feel unwelcome or judged. Treat everyone with respect, love and acceptance."
