Hoping to speed up the process, Kim's attorney Laura Wasser told the L.A. Superior Court judge on Wednesday (November 28), "Ms. Kardashian is now handcuffed to Kris Humphries. These delays are forcing her to be married. She wants to dissolve her marriage so she can move on with her life. I don't think [Kris] has a case, it's a fishing expedition."

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Kayla Goldberg claims she met Kris in August 2010 at the Newsroom Cafe in Los Angeles and later flirted at the Trousdale nightclub on the Sunset Strip. Kayla alleges he then took her to his hotel and had sex with her multiple times, including orally.
