After burning some serious calories by pogo jogging, Kourtney Kardashian was spotted heading to lunch with a friend in Miami, FL yesterday afternoon (April 9).

Cleaning up rather nicely and throwing on a nude dress with a hat and heels, the E! reality star met up with her gal pal at The Standard Hotel.

Kourtney had quite the busy day as she readied for the weekend, having exercised with Kim before joining Khloe to get some work done at Dash.

Meanwhile, baby daddy Scott Disick was on his own schedule - as he was spotted at Mia for the club's lavish grand re-opening.
