Kid Rock: Returning to Host CMT Music Awards

He was a hit as last year’s host of the CMT Music Awards, and Kid Rock will be resuming the emceeing duties again this year.

The “Born Free” singer says he’s looking forward to repeating his experience from the 2010 CMT Awards coming up on June 8th.

Rock told press, "Hosting the CMT awards was a wonderful bridge to a great after party. I'm looking forward to crossing that bridge again this year.”

This time around, Jason Aldean is up for four awards, while Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Rascal Flatts, Taylor Swift, and Zac Brown Band are all competing in three categories each.
