It’s quickly becoming one of the premiere cable networks in the industry and AMC is taking further steps to solidify their dominance with their forthcoming fall lineup.
Head honcho Charlie Collier declared, “Six years ago at AMC, we set a goal to create premium television on basic cable and we began to develop and nurture shows that would set us apart.”
Taking a departure from his slacker Jay & Silent Bob films, Kevin Smith has created a religiously-charged horror flick called “Red State.”
And the “Catch and Release” director has put together a teaser that’s sure to get audiences excited about the 2011 release.
He hasn’t had much luck with airlines in the past year, and Kevin Smith had yet another issue when he and his wife recently tried to catch a Virgin America flight.
The Silent Bob star blogged on Monday, “Boarding started at 11:15, and we arrived at the gate at 11:35 – a full 10 minutes before scheduled departure. But as we reached the gate, we saw a man closing the door ... We told him we were on the flight and he told us it was too late; the flight was closed. It was 11:36."
