Gearing up for the national theatrical release today, Keri Russell was spotted at a screening of “Extraordinary Measures” in New York City last night (January 21).
The “Waitress” actress looked lovely as she arrived at the Cinema Society-sponsored event, held at the School of Visual Arts Theater along with costars Harrison Ford and Brendan Fraser.
As for her decision to accept the role in the film, Keri told press she was impacted by the way the script was able to elicit emotions within her as a mother.
"Reading a script like this, you definitely are more vulnerable to those kinds of feelings, or maybe they're easier to access, (where) before you had kids you're sort of on the outside experiencing it."
