When the Beatles invaded the USA in 1964, everything in the music industry got turned upside down, and CBS will honor the 50th anniversary of that fateful night with a star-studded special.
On Sunday, February 9, 2014 (exactly 50 years after the broadcast), “The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute to the Beatles” will go live, with performances by John Mayer and Keith Urban, Alicia Keys and John Legend, Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart and Maroon 5.
It's been battling an uphill battle for ratings, but Ryan Seacrest and Harry Connick Jr. are convinced that this season's "American Idol" will return to its former glory.
Speaking to People at the Z100 Jingle Ball in New York City on Friday (December 13), the longtime host shares, "The judges are so fun and they are having such a good time and they are getting along so well that I think you will see your old American Idol back on the air."
Perhaps inspired by Jennifer Lawrence's new 'do, Keith Urban cut off his long locks on Monday (November 25).
Sharing the big change with his Twitter followers, the Aussie country star tweeted "Snow ain't the only thing falling in Nashville today!!," followed by a smiling shot of his short on the sides, long on top haircut.
