Katy Perry Snags “The Simpsons” Guest Spot

Given her recent snub from “Sesame Street,” Katy Perry is looking to redeem herself on another high-profile television program.

The “Hot N Cold” songstress will appear on “The Simpsons” coming up on December 5th and she won’t be worrying about her low-cut wardrobe.

Perry’s episode will be a special Christmas-themed, puppet show called “The Fight Before Christmas,” in which she will play barkeep Moe Syslak’s girlfriend.

Al Jean, the show’s executive producer, told press, "In the wake of Elmo's terrible betrayal, the Simpsons puppets wish to announce they stand felt-shoulder-to-shoulder with Katy Perry."
