Out for a fun day of mommy daughter time, Katie Holmes took Suri Cruise to the Chelsea Piers in New York City on Tuesday (August 21).

The newly divorced actress and her adorable daughter were seen enjoying some fun time in a local gym with Suri all dressed up in one of her many bright princess dresses.

As for Katie’s fallen marriage with Tom Cruise, it was recently revealed that the details of the divorce have been finalized.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, New York City court documents showed that the former Hollywood couple's case was closed on Monday, just weeks after a settlement was reached.

A source revealed to press that the divorce was likely expedited due to the former couple’s celebrity status.
