Katie Holmes & Suri Chow Down at Gaga's Parents' Restaurant

Spending quality time with her daughter, Katie Holmes was spotted taking Suri Cruise out to dinner in New York City on Wednesday (March 21).

After a meeting at the Joe Allen restaurant earlier in the day, the "Batman Begins" beauty changed into an adorable brown hat and white button up before taking Suri to eat at "Joanne" in the upper west side - which happens to be owned by Lady Gaga's parents while serving up southern Italian cuisine.

Katie has been making the most of her time in the Big Apple, as she's been keeping herself busy by going to office meetings, boutiques and hitting up toy stores and restaurants with her mother, Kathleen, and precious daughter.

The previous night, the 33-year old dined out with her mom and a pajama-clad Suri at the ABC Kitchen in Manhattan.
