Katie Holmes: Hard at Work on "Jack and Jill"

Taking a break from her filming duties, Katie Holmes was spotted chatting on her cell phone on the set of “Jack and Jill” in Los Angeles, CA earlier today (January 20).

The “Mad Money” babe looked cute in jeans, flats and a blue and white cardigan overtop a white t-shirt as she stepped away for an important conversation before shedding her top layer as the temperatures began to rise.

Yesterday, Holmes spent most of her day on the set with a cross-dressing David Spade, who sported a revealing blue dress and blonde wig.

The romantic comedy, which also stars Adam Sandler, Al Pacino and Regis Philbin, is set to hit theaters in November.
