Getting a jump start to her day, Katie Holmes was spotted leaving her gym in Beverly Hills, CA on Friday (April 29).

The “Romantics” beauty looked cute in workout attire as she carefully crossed the street and hit up a Le Pain Quotidien for a pastry and coffee drink.

Earlier in the week, Star Magazine issued an official public apology to Mrs Tom Cruise for reporting that she was addicted to drugs.

The actress, who accepted the apology, was so upset over the accusation that she filed a $50 million lawsuit against Star, which has now been settled.
