Taking care of her daily duties, Katie Holmes was seen exiting her apartment building in New York City this morning (June 21).

The “Teaching Mrs. Tingle” actress looked cute and colorful in her lime green top paired with a bright purple skirt as she smiled at a man who held the door for her.

As for the rumors that Katie and her husband Tom Cruise are experiencing marital issues, it seems all is well in the Cruise/Holmes homestead.

A tabloid claimed that TomKat was having trouble “keeping their relationship together. With all the distance between them, their marriage is in full-blown crisis.”

However, an inside source close to the family says everything is wonderful, and that Tom, Katie, and Suri are finding time to see each other despite career demands.
