Katie Holmes’ Disposable Cell Phone Key to Divorce

It may seem like Katie Holmes' divorce from Tom Cruise has been moving at lightning speed, and that’s because she’s been secretly working on it for some time.

According to an insider, the “Dawson’s Creek” actress had been contacting divorce lawyers via disposable cell phone which made it possible for her to keep everything hidden from Cruise.

A friend of Katie’s gave her the phone, making it possible for Holmes to keep everything from Tom’s team of people. And if anyone go suspicious she could just toss the phone and get rid of the evidence.

Two weeks ago, Holmes filed for divorce from Cruise in New York City, and this past Monday they signed an agreement that detailed the support terms and custody arrangements for six-year-old daughter Suri.
