Spilling the beans at Howard Stern's 60th birthday celebration in New York City on Friday (January 31), the talk show host and journalist simply told Stern, "Summer!" after he asked her about her upcoming nuptials.

According to a joint statement from Disney/ABC and the 56-year-old host, "While production will continue on Katie through June 2014, we’ve mutually agreed that there will not be a third season of the show.
