Katherine Heigl: Real Estate Shopping?

Enjoying the beautiful weather, Katherine Heigl was spotted out at a studio in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon (April 18).

Joined by her mother Nancy and a realtor, the “Grey’s Anatomy” gal took a stroll around the area looking at various properties for sale.

As for the recent rumors that she’s planning another adoption to save her marriage, Katherine’s rep says it’s all bogus.

According to the spokesperson, things between Katherine and her hubby Josh Kelley are fine, and if they ever decide to adopt a sibling for their daughter Naleigh, it will be purely out of a desire to expand their family.
