Kate Middleton's Alder Hey Children’s Hospital Visit

Bring her Royal beauty to the ailing, Kate Middleton paid a visit to the Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool, England today (February 14).

The Duchess of Cambridge chatted with several children who were receiving treatment, including 12-year-old Elliot Casey who is battling cancer.

As for what Ms. Middleton received from her out-of-town Prince William for Valentine’s Day, it seems he sent some romantic flowers.

An insider shared, “Catherine had a lovely card and bouquet in the morning.” However, Will wasn’t the only chap to hook Kate up with some blooms.

Eight-year-old Jaqson Johston-Lynch gave Middleton a bouquet during one of her Liverpool visits, stating, “Happy Valentine’s Day, your Royal Highness. I’m sorry Prince William can’t be here.”
