Kate Gosselin Drops By the "Today" Show

She’s been laying low as of late, but this morning (May 21) Kate Gosselin was spotted on “The Today Show” in New York City.

The former “Jon and Kate Plus 8” starlet looked gorgeous with long blonde locks as she chatted with Ann Curry about what’s going on in her life these days.

Kate shared, “We’re doing awesome. The kids are doing great in school. They’ve gone on. They really honestly miss filming. They’ve recently been saying, ‘When are we going to go here or there. We miss the crew.’ We’re hoping- our TLC contract is over- so we’re hoping to move forward and do more fun projects.”

“Fans are begging, ‘They’ve grown up, they’ve turned eight, what are you doing?’ and so we’re hoping to put that out there for them,” she added, also noting that she’s blogging for the Coupon Cabin website and testing out new recipes.
