Getting themselves into what seems to be a miscommunication type of a situation, Kanye West and Jay-Z are being sued over a song on their latest album “Watch the Throne.”
Blues musician Syl Johnson filed a complaint in the Illinois federal court last Friday claiming that the two rappers, along with UMG and Def Jam, stole a portion of his song “Different Strokes” and used it in their new song, “The Joy,” which was released in August.
