Justin Bieber Shows Some Love to a Special Fan

His followers are some of the most loyal in pop music, and Justin Bieber gave one of his fans the thrill of a lifetime yesterday (February 13).

Six-year-old Avalanna Routh, who suffers from an incurable cancer called Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumors, got to fly from Massachusetts to New York City to hang out in the “Baby” singer’s hotel room for a few hours.

They played board games, ate cupcakes, and Justin posed for pictures with Avalanna (nicknamed Mrs. Bieber) before they said goodbye.

Afterwards, Biebs tweeted, “hangin out with a special little girl. #MrsBieber,” followed by, “that was one of the best things i have ever done. she was AWESOME! Feeling really inspired now! #MrsBieber,” and “got some really great ideas from today. ways to #giveback -#MrsBieber really inspired me. really”.
