Jessica White’s Post-Release Dinner

Making her first public appearance since being arrested over the weekend, Jessica White was spotted out to dinner in New York City last night (October 27).

The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model looked lovely in a black jacket and pink dress as she arrived at Prime KO, a Kosher Japanese sushi and steakhouse on the Upper West Side.

Ms. White was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault on Saturday morning after leaving Avenue Lounge and hitting a woman over a taxi cab.

Jessica’s attorney told press, "Jessica was out with a bunch of friends celebrating her new single status. She just ended her relationship with Sean Penn and was celebrating."

"Stories concerning celebrities frequently get blown up and I am confident that when the air is released from this blown up story that has obviously been over inflated, all that will be left will be hot air with no substance."
