Jesse James Seeks Visitation Agreement

Wanting to spend more time with her daughter, Sunny, Janine Lindemulder went to the Orange County court on Thursday (June 10) and is asking Jesse James to work out a visitation agreement.

According to Radar Online, Janine is “just trying to see my daughter again.”

During court, Jesse’s lawyer indicated that he is now willing to work out a visitation agreement with his ex-wife, something he wasn’t willing to do in the past.

A busy, tied up Mr James sent his lawyers into court to try to resolve the situation, and will hopefully reach an agreement by the end of the day.
