Jeremy Renner Breaks From "Bourne Legacy" Promos in Big Apple

Trying to keep a low profile, Jeremy Renner was seen leaving his hotel in downtown New York City on Tuesday afternoon (July 31).

The 41-year-old star wore an all-black ensemble including a baseball cap and sunglasses in an attempt to walk through the crowded streets unnoticed.

In regards to his highly anticipated flick "The Bourne Legacy," director Tony Gilroy recently spoke about finishing up the script for the latest installment and when he took the reigns as screenwriter and director.

“It started to look really good and really juicy and I didn’t want to let it go at that point,” Tony explained to Celebuzz, adding , “it wasn’t a master plan, it wasn’t something I ever thought I would ever do. It only came about because the idea really came into focus.”
