She is always involved in something creative, and on Wednesday (May 22), Jennifer Lopez announced Viva Movil, a partnership with Verizon Wireless in Las Vegas.
Looking radiant in a long sleeved cream colored dress, the "On the Floor" songstress took the podium to discuss the new venture, which aims to appeal to the mobile company's Latino customers.
Ms. Lopez is a majority shareholder and will serve as the company's chief marketing and creative officer for the retail locations, which will feature an all bi-lingual staff and children's play areas so parents can take their time making their purchases.
Of the new stores, of which there will be fifteen, JLo said “We are bicultural, bilingual, and increasingly U.S.-born,” she said. “As modern Latinos, we do things differently, including how we shop for wireless devices.”
No date has been set for the launch of the first retail outlet.
