Jennifer Hudson & David Ortunga Jr: Hello, Japan!

Making her arrival in the Land of the Rising Sun, Jennifer Hudson was spotted at the Narita International Airport in Narita, Japan today (November 3).

The “American Idol” alum carried her son David Daniel Otunga Jr. as she strolled through the terminal while shutterbugs snapped up pictures.

In career news, Jennifer will join the star-studded lineup for “VH1 Divas” coming up on December 19, 2011 at 9pm on VH1.

Ms. Hudson will be in good company, as fellow singers Mary J Blige, Kelly Clarkson, Jill Scott, Florence and the Machine, and Jessie J are also on the bill.

VH1’s Lee Rolontz told press, "This year's telecast will showcase the vast impact soul music has had on the 21st century's music and pop culture landscape as our talented and diverse lineup will attest. This year's Divas offers a modern twist on soul music, all while tipping its hat to the legacy of key cities that created this musical heritage."
