Jennifer Aniston Takes $500K Loss on Manhattan Apartment

It’s no secret that housing prices are down, and Jennifer Aniston took a huge hit when she sold her pair of New York City apartments.

The “Horrible Bosses” babe bought the two pre-war West Village condos last year for $7.01 million, hoping to make a home for herself and boyfriend Justin Theroux.

But Jennifer had to let the properties go for a $500,000 loss, selling them to a mystery buyer for $6.5 million.

Aniston told press, “We tried New York,” of her decision to move to the West Coast. “It was a little rough with the paparazzi. It didn’t feel like the New York I grew up in and knew.”
