Jason Statham Says “Good Morning America”
Hopping across the pond for a promotional appearance, Jason Statham was spotted at “Good Morning America” today (April 16) to promote his new flick “Safe.”
The English stud looked handsome as he discussed the experience of doing his own stunts in the film, due to hit theaters on April 27th.
“I’m not sure the reason I keep picking these roles, but I’m sure the joints are going to wear out soon enough, but for now they’re still okay so we’ll keep doing them.”
Jason also noted that “Safe” isn’t just an action movie. “He [Boaz Yakin, writer/director] really wanted to make a very strong genre move, but have some emotional core, so he brought in Catherine [Chan] who plays Mei who’s a very young Asian girl that we have a great relationship with, and it gives the movie a lot of heart.”
