Jake Gyllenhaal: More "Man vs. Wild" Action

Keeping himself in good health, Jake Gyllenhaal was spotted paying a visit to a medical building in Los Angeles yesterday (July 5).

The “Day After Tomorrow” stud looked hunky as he strolled inside, sporting a grey t-shirt, jeans, and a black ballcap.

Coming up this Monday (July 11th) Jake ‘s adventure on “Man vs. Wild” is scheduled to hit the airwaves.

Gyllenhaal teamed up with host Bear Grylls for some real-life survival adventures in the Icelandic wilderness, including crossing between two mountain peaks on a rope.
