Jaime Pressly Pleads 'Not Guilty' to DUI

She got popped under suspicion of driving under the influence back in January, and today (February 4) Jaime Pressly entered a not guilty plea.

The “My Name is Earl” actress sent her attorney, Richard Hutton, to the Los Angeles courthouse to turn in her plea against two charges of driving while intoxicated.

If the blonde beauty is convicted on both charges, she could wind up being dealt a one year jail sentence.

Making matters even worse, reports tell that the IRS is seeking more than $637,000 in Federal and state taxes that Jaime is past due on.
