Jade Goody’s Family: Planning Memorial

She passed away yesterday (March 22) ending her battle with cancer, and now Jade Goody's family is meeting later today to discuss plans for her funeral.

The 27-year-old reality star had asked that her funeral be a procession through two local villages while the church service will be simulcast on television screens outside the sanctuary.

Jade learned that she had cervical cancer back in August of 2008 and this past February doctors informed her that the condition was terminal.

Since her passing, there has been an outpouring of love and support from her adoring public. Massive amounts of flowers and sympathy gifts have accumulated outside the family’s home, and churches in the area have held prayer services.
