Hilary Duff's West Hollywood Hangout

Showing off her beautiful smile, Hilary Duff took time out of her busy schedule to head over to a friends house in West Hollywood, California on Thursday afternoon (July 26).

Carrying her sunglasses in one hand and her keys in the other, the former "Lizzie McGuire" cutie strutted past the shutterbugs in a comfy pair of Isabel Marant high top sneakers and added a pop of color to her all dark ensemble with a bright and over-sized scarf.

Still trying to bounce back to her post-baby bod, Hilary has been making sure to exercise a few times a week alternating between spin classes and private sessions with a trainer, but the new mom admits she knows she has her work cut out for her.

'I'm not perfect, but I feel fantastic." the 24-year-old recently told InTouch adding, " This is how it goes for most women - the weight doesn't fall off overnight. I don't care what people say. I'm not back to where I want to be, but I'm not stressing it."
