Royalty will be honored by royalty, as Prince William, President of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts, is set to present Helen Mirren with the Fellowship award.
Kensington Palace made the announcement on Wednesday (February 5) and the BAFTA stated that the prince will walk the red carpet at London's Royal Opera House, watch the ceremony and also bestow the highest Academy honor upon the 68-year-old award winner.
Accepting one of Harvard University's highest honors, Helen Mirren received the 2014 Hasty Pudding Award from the Hasty Pudding Theatricals on Thursday (January 30).
Getting right into the spirit for the event, the 68-year-old joined in a parade through the streets of Cambridge, MA, with Hasty Pudding troop members, and when she hit the stage, she was asked to do a few things she had never done before.

Hasty Pudding, the oldest theatrical organization in the United States, established the award in 1951, which is "bestowed annually on performers who have made lasting and impressive contributions to the world of entertainment," and has been given to actresses including Katharine Hepburn, Julia Roberts,Meryl Streep, Marion Cotillard, Jodie Foster and Anne Hathaway.
