Arriving in Manhattan today, Heidi Klum headed to a business meeting in New York City (August 11).

The 39-year-old fashionista wore a flower-printed sheer dress with brown calf-high boots and a large black bag.

One might wonder what outspoken "Project Runway" judge Michael Kors might have to say about the very see-through dress.

The German supermodel gave a shoutout to her friend on Twitter Thursday, saying, "Happy Birthday to the one and only @MichaelKors !!!! Sending you much love! xo"
