Heidi Klum & Seal: "We Have Decided to Separate"

They've shared one of the most passionate unions in Tinseltown, so it comes as sad and surprising news that Heidi Klum is getting divorced from husband Seal.

The "Project Runway" star and her singer husband confirmed rumors of a parting on Sunday (January 22) by releasing a statement reading, "While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate."

The joint statement added, "We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition. We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children's sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy."

Having been married since May 2005, Heidi and Seal share three biological children, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2, while Seal officially adopted Heidi's 7-year-old daughter Leni, whom she had from a previous relationship.
