Attending a regular check-up, Halle Berry and her beautiful daughter Nahla were spotted heading to her doctor's office in Santa Monica, CA on Friday (June 29).

The Academy Award-winning actress rocked distressed jeans, sandals while she and her 4-year-old took a moment to smell the flowers.

In other news, the "X-Men" star and her fiancée Olivier Martinez enjoyed a fun night out last weekend as they attended the 13th annual Hollywood Bowl Hall of Fame and Opening Night Concert.

The couple seemed to have a fabulous time at the Julie Andrews hosted event where an onlooker told People magazine the pair, “watched separate performances by Reba and Chaka Khan, who were inducted following video montages that celebrated their career achievements."
