Halle Berry’s Birthday Dinner With Olivier Martinez & Salma Hayek

She only gets better with age, and Halle Berry celebrated her 46th birthday at the Little Door club in Los Angeles last night (August 15).

Joined by her boyfriend Olivier Martinez, the “Swordfish” actress also got to spend time with her best friend Salma Hayek and her husband Francois-Henri Pinault at the West Hollywood establishment.

And today (August 16) Ms. Berry will be going to court to convince a custody judge to let her take her daughter Nahla to live in France with Mr. Martinez and she’s claiming paparazzi attention is the impetus behind the decision.

The key will be for Halle to prove that constant shutterbug attention has made it unsafe for her and her little girl to live here in the States.

She has even subpoenaed paparazzo Andrew Deetz, the man who snuck up on her at Nahla’s school, causing a huge fracas that ended in Halle screaming at him and driving off in a huff.
