Hailee Steinfeld & Mark Ruffalo's Day On-Set in NYC

On-set her latest film, Hailee Steinfeld was spotted working on a scene with co-star Mark Ruffalo for "Can a Song Save Your Life?" in New York City, New York on Friday (July 6).

The 15-year-old "True Grit" actress looked a lot older in a tied-up purple leopard tank top and short shorts as she ran around a corner in East Village in a pair of black ankle boots with her "Avengers" co-star hot on her heels.

Hailee took a break from filming on Thursday (July 5) to tell her Twitter fans, "Totally diggin my wardrobe for this film! It's a lot different then how you've all seen me...but I think you'll like it too ;) ‪#CASSYL".

Expected to hit theaters some time in 2013, "Can a Song Save Your Life?" follows the story of a dejected music business executive who forms a bond with a young singer-songwriter that just moved to Manhattan.

Miss Steinfeld is joined by Adam Levine, Keira Knightley and Cee-Lo Green.
