Keeping a close eye on youngest son Zuma, Gwen Stefani walked the beach in Florida today (August 6) with her husband Gavin Rossdale.
The No Doubt lead singer wore a light t-shirt with cutoff sleeves, a patterned sarong, and black baseball cap. Her three-year-old son was ready for action in his Spiderman shirt and board shorts.
In other No Doubt news, the band's long-running lawsuit against game maker Activision will finally culminate in a trial on October 15th.
The complaint claims the band's image was being used in the game without permission. Stefani took particular exception to the fact that players could select her avatar to sing male songs. She branded it a "virtual karaoke circus act."
Another claim made in the suit was that Activision hired actors to perform dance moves for the band members to do in the game that actual band members had never used.
However, Activision counter-sued, stating that the Grammy award-winning group did not pay due diligence to the nature of the game they signed up to appear in before agreeing to the deal.
