Bikini Clad Gwen Stefani: Beachin' it with Her Boys!

Taking to the sandy shore for some family fun in the sun, Gwen Stefani, hubby Gavin Rossdale and their adorable sons Kingston and Zuma were spotted out in Malibu, California on Sunday (August 28).

Ditching the 2011 VMAs for the beach, the No Doubt rocker showed off her killer bod in a slinky black bikini and flowing white skirt as she perused the beautiful locale alongside her loved ones.

Meanwhile, the 41-year-old mom's personal trainer, Mike Heatlie, has dished the details about keeping Gwen in top-notch form, telling Closer magazine it's all about balance.

“You need some carbohydrates. Anybody who says you don’t is wrong. I’ve tried eating no crabs and it’s not that productive – but you should only eat them up until lunchtime."

He later added, “Gwen follows a protein-based diet with vegetables. She has lots of salmon or chicken and vegetables at lunch and dinner, while omelettes, a protein shake or porridge make good breakfast choices.”
