Guy Pearce is an English-born Australian actor and musician, known for his roles as Leonard Shelby in Christopher Nolan's "Memento", Lieutenant Ed Exley in "L.A. Confidential", Adam Whitely aka Felicia Jollygoodfellow (a drag queen) in the "The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert", Mike Young in the Australian television series "Neighbours" and King Edward VIII ("David") in "The King's Speech". Pearce has won an Emmy Award, and received nominations for Golden Globe Awards, Screen Actors Guild Awards and Saturn Awards.
They’re both handsome hunks in their own right, and Robert Pattinson and Guy Pearce are joining forces for a dystopian futuristic thriller called “The Rover.”
And in a first look at the gruesome action, the “Twilight” stud looks a bit roughed up as the “Memento” man threatens him.
Bringing their new work to Tinseltown, the stars of "Lawless" hit the red carpet at ArcLight Cinemas on Wednesday night (August 22) for their film's big west coast premiere.
While Tom Hardy and Jessica Chastain weren't in attendance, leading man Shia LaBeouf charmed his way around the press area while joined by co-stars Guy Pearce and Dane DeHaan, as well as screenplay write Nick Cave.
