Giuliana Rancic Drops By “The Wendy Williams Show”

Making her Manhattan media rounds, Giuliana Rancic was spotted leaving “The Wendy Williams Show” this afternoon (December 6).

Joined by her husband Bill, the E! television personality looked vibrant in a shiny blazer/black dress combo as she stepped out onto the street.

Ms. Rancic previously announced that she’ll be undergoing a double mastectomy to rid her body of cancer in the days to come, and she’s dealing with it surprisingly well.

An insider told press, "Overall, she's in unbelievably great spirits. She's been working a lot. It keeps her motivated."
