Gary Coleman's Final Will Instructions Revealed
Having passed away just ten days ago, details regarding the final will of actor Gary Coleman have been revealed.
The papers were drafted in 1999 and filed in Provo, Utah on Tuesday (June 8), instructing that the "Diff'rent Strokes" star wishes to be cremated and explaining what's to be done with his assets.
Coleman said that he wanted "those who have no financial ties to me and who can look each other in the eyes and say they really cared personally for Gary Coleman" to be included.
Though Mr Coleman wasn't all that wealthy at time of death, he did own a $315,000 Utah property - of which he placed former manager Dion Mial in charge as executor.
Mial's lawyer, Kent Alderman, tells People magazine of the plans,"Before anyone gets paid, his medical and funeral bills have to be covered first. Whatever's left after that will be distributed according to his trust."
