Fergie & Josh Duhamel's NYC Dinner Date

Taking some time to themselves, Stacy" Fergie" Ferguson and Josh Duhamel were spotted out on a date in New York City last night (December 1).

The “Fergalicious” songstress and her “Transformers” hubby hit up the Lion restaurant for some delicious eats while the shutterbugs looked on.

Fergie-Ferg will be receiving the Woman of the Year award today (December 2) at the Women in Music luncheon hosted by Billboard.

Additionally, “Glee” hottie Lea Michele will be given the first ever Triple Threat trophy, while Jazmine Sullivan will nab the Rising Star award.
