Meanwhile, Josh and his guy pals took a moment to cool off while hopping into the crystal clear sea for a quick swim as the gals all waved and blew kisses.

Once finished up, Fergie and Josh headed back to shore while deboarding their yacht for a romantic dinner in the celeb-popular resort town.
